Cannington Leisureplex

CHRISTOU is a pioneer in the use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology. In 2010 the company made expansive upgrades to its software and the staff undertook intensive training and development.

The pilot project was the highly successful $35.5M Cannington Leisureplex.

Lead by Senior Architect and BIM Manager, Matthew Le Meur CHRISTOU has since developed a wide range of building types from concept to completion with the BIM software and process.

CHRISTOU has forged a reputation within the industry, locally and nationally for our expertise in BIM.

In 2011 we were recognised at the National Revit Technology Conference for our documentation using BIM on the Guildford Grammar School Catalyst Building.

To achieve success and realise the full benefits of BIM for our clients CHRISTOU has embraced dramatic changes in the way we operate and will continue to remain open to change in order to remain at the forefront of BIM technology use in WA.

Notable CHRISTOU BIM Projects include the award winning Joondalup Lakeview Function Centre, City Beach Surf Club, Wickham Central Facilities and Guildford Grammar Prep School alongside the above mentioned highly complex Cannington Leisureplex Project $35.5M
