Curtin University B105 2014

  • Architecture & Interior Design
  • Canning, Western Australia

CHRISTOU undertook the re-design of the Curtin Building 105 workplace to accommodate increased staff numbers and to reflect the new organisational structure of the Office of Department Vice Chancellor of Education. The design featured modular furniture and planning to improve flexibility. Indoor planting was used to create a healthy and happy environment for the staff, encouraging greater work productivity.

Satisfied with the tender outcome, the scope was increased to include the refurbishment of an existing lift lobby and external courtyard. The remaining part of the floor (290sqm) was refurbished as a variation to this project including the base building amenities and lecture theatre.
